Vivienne Mackinder
Vivienne Mackinder is the founder of Hairdesignertv.com and one of the most highly respected international leaders, and innovators in the hairdressing profession today. Vivienne also worked as Artistic Director for industry ‘Grand Masters’ Vidal Sassoon and Trevor Sorbie, where she developed an expertise for precision cutting and an eye for original hair design, from the classic and the commercial, to the avant-garde. She has been honored with numerous awards, including the prestigious IBS ‘Editors’ Choice Awards (three times). As well as, the much coveted North American Hairstyling Awards (NAHA) (five times), including “Masters.” Honoree – North American Hair Styling Awards “Life Time Achievement” 2009.
John Halal
John Halal began his career in the beauty industry as a hairstylist over 40 years ago and owned and operated beauty salons for 35 years. Halal is licensed cosmetology instructor and the founder and former president of Honors Beauty College, Inc. Halal is a member of the Society of Cosmetic Chemists (SCC). He is a past President of the American Association of Cosmetology Schools (AACS) and is the past President of the Indiana Cosmetology Educators Association (ICEA). Halal is the author of Hair Structure and Chemistry Simplified and Milady’s Hair Care Product & Ingredients Dictionary. Halal obtained his associate’s degree, with highest distinction, from Indiana University. He is a member of The Golden Key National Honor Society and Alpha Sigma Lambda.
Pamela Springer
Pamela Springer, a licensed aesthetician and aesthetics instructor, is the founder of The Skin & Makeup Institute of Arizona and the Academy of Advanced Aesthetics and Permanent Cosmetics (AAAPC), a continuing education facility. Pamela trains graduates in clinical treatments for pigmentation anomalies. Her previous position as a national educator for Doctor’s Demalogic Formula opened the door to her much sought after class on ethic skins. Her unique focus is targeting hyperpigmentation with chemical exfoliates to include Jessner’s and TCA solutions. This focus has her sought after by physicians who want to incorporate ethnic skin treatments into their practice.
