Vivienne Mackinder is the founder of Hairdesignertv.com and one of the most highly respected international leaders, and innovators in the hairdressing profession today. John Halal began his career in the beauty industry as a hairstylist over 40 years ago and owned and operated beauty salons for 35 years. Halal is licensed cosmetology instructor and the founder and former president of Honors Beauty College, Inc. Halal is a member of the Society of Cosmetic Chemists (SCC). He is a past President of the American Association of Cosmetology Schools (AACS) and is the past President of the Indiana Cosmetology Educators Association (ICEA). Halal is the author of Hair Structure and Chemistry Simplified and Milady’s Hair Care Product & Ingredients Dictionary. Halal obtained his associate’s degree, with highest distinction, from Indiana University. He is a member of The Golden Key National Honor Society and Alpha Sigma Lambda.
Pamela Springer, a licensed aesthetician and aesthetics instructor, is the founder of The Skin & Makeup Institute of Arizona and the Academy of Advanced Aesthetics and Permanent Cosmetics (AAAPC), a continuing education facility.
